It seems like a new sport has been invented. A boat called  paraboat is a simple device, equiped with simple handles which rotate the wheel. A handicapped person can use this boat by simply rotating these handles.

I sincerely believe these guys are doing a great job!  They are accepting ordinary and accessible vans, cars  and  other gifts and give it to children with special needs. Really nice slogan to. Together we create a special world :)
