Renault Kangoo, Trafic, Master
Renault has some great models which can be easily converted in an accessible vehicle. The most commonly converted renault brands are Renault Kangoo, Renault Trafic and Renault Master. All three brands are quite old and you can find many used converted renault vehicles on the market. Renault is a European brand (French actually) and is very popular in all European countries.

In EU Renault offers many discounts and programs for mobility impaired people, high-tech service Network, toll free numbers. But you won’t need it because Renault has improoved so much. Perhaps you have to get used to very EU design ;) but the important thing is you get a very reliable wheelchair van with loads of state of the art equipement.
